We count as a transaction each payment successfully accredited towards your account, and processed over Rebill.

Payments processed outside Rebill may be synced as well (depending on the integration), but you won’t be charged for them.

If you received a payment and refund it later, we will count the whole as only one transaction.

No, each gateway has its own fees and payment schedules. They will bill towards your account separately.

Rebill will only invoice per the transactions processed over our platform.

Your account will be billed after a 1 month usage, on the same date of your sign up. 

Example: If you signed up on Jan 5, you will be billed for first time on Feb 5. Afterwards, you will be billed the 5th of every month.
