What requirements do I need to meet to register?

At the moment we only accept registered companies and it is necessary to present documentation that validates the legal status of the entity.

How long does it take for payments to reach my bank account?

Funds are available for withdrawal to your account within 15 days of the transaction, except in Brazil, where the deadline is 30 days. Accreditation will depend on your bank, but will usually be given the next business day.

If you need shorter deadlines, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do refunds work?

You can issue refunds and each one has a commission of USD 2.

How do claims work?

Claims (also known as chargebacks) are initiated when a customer disputes a charge and requests a refund. Each claim incurs a USD 10 fee.

Is there a cost for settlement or transfer to my bank account?

We apply a fee of only USD 10 for withdrawals less than USD 5,000 made every 30 days. For amounts from USD 5,000 and up, the service is free of charge.
